ABOUT
MARSHA HUDSON
|
||||||||||||||||||||||||
Marsha Hudson has had a lifelong interest in dreams. and began recording her dreams as a teen. She launched her practice as a dream worker in 2002 after a long career as a college teacher. She earned a Ph.D. in comparative literature from UC Berkeley with an emphasis on poetry. Thus she is steeped in world literature, including its myths and legends, and through her study of both ancient and modern poetry, she makes the connections between the figurative language of poetry and the metaphoric imagery of the dream. |

| Dr. Hudson works with dreamers in
two primary ways: (1) In private weekly or bi-weekly consultations with individuals, often via telephone, and usually over time to allow the dreamer's core themes to coalesce and unfold; and (2) In weekend workshops. The Level One workshops teach participants the basics of dream work and the Level Two workshops focus on a particular aspect, such as incubation, somatic work, dream theatre, or creative expression. |

Marsha Hudson studied projective dream work with Jeremy Taylor and is a certified dream work facilitator. She is also a trained gestalt practitioner (an approach to personal growth that emphasizes awareness and the inherent wisdom of each person). She is a member of the Association for the Study of Dreams and follows its Code of Ethics. |
